电解电容替换原则:找替代料时需要考虑哪几个参数?

  电容的种类、规格、型号是相对比较复杂的电子元件,是为了适应不同的工作环境和不同的电路的,即使是相同容量和额定电压值的电容,也有多种类型和材料特性的选择。如果电容发生故障,通常的解决方法就是找同规格的新电容替换。但是找不到同规格的电容怎么办?

三莹电解电容

  要注意不同属性电容的更换,例如:陶瓷电容器和纸介电容要相互更换,则一定要在容量、耐压、不限体积的条件下进行。此外,我们也要考虑更换的费用,把价格计算进去。当然在没有条件限制,同容量高耐压电容可以替代耐压低的电容,误差小的电容可以替代误差大的电容。

  当然除了不同电容之间的替代,我们还要考虑到耐压值、容值、耐温、尺寸、类型等参数。

  1、若耐压不同,电容种类及其他参数均相同,则高耐压电容可替代耐压低的电容,100V的电容器就可以取代50V的电容器,且耐压余量较大,使用更安全。有一点要注意:同一种电容,耐压值越高电容尺寸就会越大,我们在选择高耐压电容器的时候也要想到尺寸是不是符合要求。

We should also consider whether the size meets the requirements when selecting high withstand voltage capacitors.

  2、电容种类很多,常见的是电解电容、薄膜电容、超级电容。电容的作用方式也不一样,就连电解电容、钽电容也需要区别。各种电容,在某些应用中是无法替代的。例如单相交流电动机上接的启动电容,不能用普通CBB22电容代替,不同类型的电容,尽量不要更换。

  3、耐压选择一定要留下足够的余量,为了使电容能够可靠、稳定地工作,电容的耐压性一定要大于工作电压的1.5倍。

  4、普通电容误差范围为±5%(J)、±10%(K),若电路对电容容量精度标准极低,可采用不同误差范围的电容。若电路对电容精度有较高的标准,则只能采用容量误差小的电容。

If the circuit has a high standard for capacitor accuracy, only capacitors with small capacity error can be used.

  5、不同稳定的替换。为了使电容能够可靠稳定地工作,有必要在电容的耐温性上留下一定的余量。如果工作环境温度高于60℃,最好选择105℃耐温电容。如果电路温度不高,可以用不同的耐温电容代替。
